It is made on a wired wreath frame and measures approximately 20". It is decorated with premium deco mesh in light country blue, jute and white. All the ribbons are wire edged to keep their shape. The Welcome sign is hand painted.
All my wreaths are indoor-outdoor wreaths however they do appreciate some shelter from the elements to maintain their beauty.
